[目的]优质、高产、多抗小麦新品种云麦52的产量与产量相关性状的相关性和明确云麦52的各产量相关性状对其产量的贡献大小。[方法]利用2005~2007年度云南省小麦品种区域试验数据进行相关分析和通径分析。[结果]相关分析表明:云麦52的产量与小穗数、最高茎蘖数和穗粒数与产量极显著正相关(r=0.726**、0.717**和0.695**),千粒重与产量显著正相关(r=0.491*),退化小穗数与产量显著负相关(r=-0.451*),与基本苗、有效穗和成穗率相关性不显著;而偏相关分析表明云麦52的产量仅与小穗数成极显著正相关(R=0.711**)和千粒重成显著正相关(R=0.641*),其余6个性状相关均不显著。通径分析表明:小穗数(P=0.595)、最高茎蘖数(P=0.462)、千粒重(P=0.263)对云麦52产量的贡献较大。[结论]在优质、高产、多抗小麦新品种云麦52的推广应用中,云麦52在分蘖期和拔节期增加肥水的供应保证其大穗和高分蘖力的特性以及高千粒重,同时协调发展其他产量相关性状有利于云麦52产量的提高。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the correlation between yield and yield-related traits of Yunmai 52, a new wheat variety with high quality, high yield and multi-resistance and clarify the contribution of yield-related traits of Yunmai 52 to its yield. [Method] The correlation analysis and path analysis of wheat cultivars in Yunnan Province from 2005 to 2007 were carried out. [Result] Correlation analysis showed that the yield of Yunmai 52 had a significant positive correlation (r = 0.726 **, 0.717 ** and 0.695 **) with the number of spikelets, the highest number of tillers and the number of grains per spike. (R = 0.491 *), the number of degenerated spikelets was significantly and negatively correlated with the yield (r = -0.451 *), but the correlation was not significant with the basic spikelets, (R = 0.711 **) and 1000-grain weight were positively correlated (R = 0.641 *) with no significant correlation with the other 6 traits. Path analysis showed that the spikelet number (P = 0.595), the highest number of tillers (P = 0.462) and 1000-grain weight (P = 0.263) contributed significantly to the yield of Yunmai 52. [Conclusion] In the popularization and application of Yunmai 52, a new wheat variety with high quality, high yield and multiple resistance, the increase of fertilizer and water supply at tillering stage and jointing stage ensured that Yunmai 52 had the characteristics of large panicle and high tillering force and high thousand kernel weight and coordination Development of other yield-related traits is conducive to the increase of Yunmai 52 production.
