小麦是我省的主要粮食作物。小麦收成的丰歉,直接牵动着全省整个农业生产,关系到人民的日常生活,甚至影响到国民经济的全局。所以说小麦生产在全省国民经济发展中其有举足轻重的地位。 我省小麦常年种植面积7250万亩以上,其中旱地小麦2500万亩左右,占全省总面积的1/3。旱地小麦中,无灌溉条件的约占全省旱地小麦总面积的1/4。旱地小麦面积大,产量不稳,影响着全省小麦产量水平的提高。因此,抓好旱地小麦冬季管理,促进小麦壮苗越冬,搭好丰产架子,对获得明年旱地小麦稳产、高产以及对全省小麦产量的稳定与提高具有重要意义。 今年我省旱地小麦播种基础较好,加强冬季麦田管理应以提墒、保温、防冻,促进小麦壮苗越冬为主攻目标,为旱地小麦壮苗安全越冬创造条件。生产上应抓好以下几顶措施: 一、镇压与中耕相结合
