培养具有更高“规划眼界”的城市领导者和决策者,是江苏省的一个重要战略决策。根据江苏省委省政府要求,省委组织部和建设厅联合制定了一个关于城市规划的高层培训计划:用三年时间,以“城市规划”为主题,高规格地给全省100多名市县委书记、市县长和分管城市建设的副市县长普遍补上“城市规划”课,让他们以先进的城市规划理念和眼光来推进城市化进程。
Fostering city leaders and decision makers with higher “planning horizons” is an important strategic decision in Jiangsu Province. According to the requirements of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government, the Provincial Department of Organization and Construction Department jointly developed a high-level training plan on urban planning: In three years, with the theme of “urban planning” and high-standard to the province more than 100 City party secretary, city magistrate and vice mayor in charge of urban construction generally make up “urban planning ” class, so that they advanced the concept of urban planning and vision to promote the process of urbanization.
