本文提出了一个按照优化给定的背弧速度分布来设计叶栅的方法,它的实质是:将流道分成许多个流量相同的小流道,在每个小流道上应用中心流线法来进行设计。这样能使中心流线法应用到大栅距以及由背弧求内弧的情形中,且可保证按优化观点给定的背弧速度分布。应用本法计算了一些有严格解的流动,从而给出了推荐使用的展开流线数及计算站数;指出了加入光滑求导、平滑公式后计算上的改进.并给出此方法应用到平面叶栅优化设计中去的方法及算例.
In this paper, a method of designing cascades according to the given back arc velocity distribution is proposed. The essence of this method is that the flow channel is divided into many small flow channels with the same flow rate, and a central flow line method is applied on each small flow channel Design. This enables the central streamline method to be applied to a large pitch and to the inner arc from the back arc and to guarantee the given back arc velocity distribution from an optimization point of view. This method is used to calculate the number of flow with strict solution, and then gives the recommended number of expansion flow lines and the number of stations.
