目的：对人工合成鲑鱼降钙素原料药中醋酸微量测定方法进行研究。方法：微量醋酸检测采用毛细管气相色谱法。结果：称样量只需５ ｍｇ，平均ＲＳＤ％ 为２．２ ，回收率大于９５ ％ 。结论：改进方法明显优于厂方标准。
Objective: To study the trace determination of acetic acid in synthetic salmon calcitonin drug substance. Methods: Trace acetic acid was detected by capillary gas chromatography. Results: The sample volume was only 5 mg with an average RSD of 2.2 and a recovery of> 95%. Conclusion: The improvement method is obviously better than the factory standard.
