随着经济全球化进程的加快以及我国加入WTO,市场经济格局也因此发生了深刻变化。我国企业将更直接面对国外跨国公司的挑战,也将有更好地利用世界资源、拓展更大市场空间的机遇。增强我国企业的国际竞争力,是摆在我们面前的一项战略任务。21世纪的企业竞争是产品研发、质量、成本、服务等方面的综合较量,但不管是提高质量、降低成本,还是新品上市和满足顾客服务,都必须抢在对手之先做到。海尔集团总裁张瑞敏曾经说过:在新经济时代,企业不能达到电子商务所要求的速度,企业不能为用户的个性化需求不断创新就难以生存。我国前几年不少媒体炒作电子商务,不少企业不顾自身条件,迫不及待地上电子商务,但真正成功、见到实效的很少。这虽然与电子商务所要求的外部环境不完全配套有关,但主要在于企业内部没有“电子商务化”,只是搞了个网络、域名,做企业宣传和产品推介,并没有形成有效竞争力。信息化的建设不光是硬件、软件和技术,其实质是人的事业、员工素质高低以及决定影响员工素质的企业机制的好坏,这决定了企业信息化建设的成败。实践证明,信息化不能代替领导者“御驾亲征”,现场发现和解决问题,也不能代替在有效激励约束机制下员工主动性的发挥,但信息化可以帮助企业领导人及时发现和解决问题,提高决策的时?
