随着整个煤炭行业供求失衡的不断加剧,2011年下半年煤炭行业正式步入不景气周期。面对突如其来的行业不景气,很多煤炭企业并没有做好应对的准备,结果纷纷陷入到了经营困境之中。如何采用有效的措施来应对行业不景气的冲击,从而在艰难的经营环境中获得持续的发展成为了当前煤炭企业管理者的首要工作。本文立足于我国煤炭行业的走势,提出了行业不景气环境下,煤炭企业应从成本管理,销售管理,人才管理等方面不断努力,来为持续健康发展积蓄更多的能量。
As the imbalance between supply and demand throughout the coal industry continues to intensify, the coal industry officially entered the recession cycle in the second half of 2011. Faced with the sudden industry downturn, many coal companies did not prepare for the deal, the result has plunged into operational difficulties. How to adopt effective measures to deal with the impact of the downturn in the industry so as to achieve sustainable development in a difficult operating environment has become the primary task of current coal enterprise managers. Based on the trend of China’s coal industry, this paper put forward the environment of the industry downturn, the coal enterprises should make continuous efforts to save more energy for sustained and healthy development from the aspects of cost management, sales management and talent management.
