用SDS-PAGE分析不同来源41株空肠弯曲菌外膜蛋白特征,根据外膜蛋白图谱蛋白带带到组合情况及主带迁移率可将其各分为7个和9个类型.对人源和鸡等动物源菌株外膜蛋白类型的比较,提示鸡等动物是儿童空肠弯曲菌感染的传染源。对腹泻患儿和健康携带者菌株外膜蛋白类型的比较,提示空肠弯曲菌的致病性可能与其外膜蛋白特征有关.用此方法,作者分析了一起幼儿园空肠弯曲菌感染的流行病学关系,结果表明该感染呈散发多源性;人-人传播对空肠弯曲菌感染具有意义.
The characteristics of 41 outer membrane proteins of Campylobacter jejuni from different sources were analyzed by SDS-PAGE, which could be divided into 7 types and 9 types according to the banding of the outer membrane protein bands and the mobility of the main band. Chicken and other animal strains of outer membrane protein type comparison, suggesting that chickens and other animals is a source of Campylobacter jejuni infection in children. Comparison of the outer membrane protein types between children with diarrhea and healthy carriers suggests that the pathogenicity of Campylobacter jejuni may be related to the characteristics of its outer membrane protein.With this method the author analyzed the epidemiological relationship of Campylobacter jejuni infection in kindergarten , The results showed that the infection was disseminated multi-source; human-human transmission of Campylobacter jejuni infection of great significance.
