拜读了《照相机》杂志2006年第9期上王化东先生的《谁来管一管数码相机、摄像机“天价”修理费》一文,感慨颇多,觉得有必要深入地谈谈本人的一些看法。厂商在处理产品维修售后的态度上,是趁热打铁,持续推广产品优秀的质量和完善的售后呢?还是趁火打劫,在占有技术优势的情况下,狠狠地赚一笔维修费用,作短时盈利,损失老客户呢?我们国内的一些科研院所,需不需要借数码产品的消费东风,也积极介入,趁热打铁,发展壮大自己的事业呢?这需要从各个方面认真分析!
