从红麻(Apocynum lancifolium Rus.)根中分离得到强心成分A、B、C和D.强心成分A,C_(30)H_(44)O_9CH_3OH,熔点为134—144℃,与标准品cymarin的混合熔点不降低,[a]_D~(26)=+41.6°(c=0.3,氯仿),IR(KBr)与标准品cymarin的IR完全一致,旋光光谱与甙元为strophanthidin的强心甙类的Cotton曲线一致,其纸层和薄层层离的R_f值与标准品cymarin的R_f值一致,因而证明强心成分A为cymarin。强心成分B,熔点为140—148℃,与标准品strophanthidin的混合熔点不降低,其纸层和薄层层离的R_f值与标准品strophanthidin一致,因而初步证明强心成分B为strophanthidin,强心成分C,其薄层层离的R_f值与标准品K-strophanthin-β一致,强心成分C乙酰化物的薄层层离R_f值与标准品K-strophanthin-β乙酰化物的R_f值亦一致,因而初步认为强心成分C可能是K-strophanthin-β,强心成分D是以乙酰化物的形式分得,其熔点为167—169.5℃,此有待进一步的研究。
Strong heart components A, B, C and D were isolated from roots of Apocynum lancifolium Rus. Cardiac components A, C_(30)H_(44)O_9CH_3OH, melting point 134–144°C, and standard cymarin The melting point of the mixture does not decrease, [a]_D~(26)=+41.6° (c=0.3, chloroform), IR (KBr) is exactly the same as that of the standard product cymarin, and the optical rotation spectrum and the unit of enthalpy are strophanthidin. The Cotton curve of the class is consistent, and the Rf values of the paper layer and the thin layer delamination are the same as the Rf values of the standard cymarin, thus confirming that the cardiac component A is cymarin. The cardiac component B, melting point 140-148°C, does not decrease the melting point of the standard strophanthidin. The Rf values of the paper and thin layer delamination are the same as those of the standard strophanthidin. Therefore, it is initially proved that the cardiac component B is strophanthidin, which is strong. In component C, the thin layer delaminated Rf value is consistent with the standard K-strophanthin-β, and the strong core component C-acetylate thin layer detachment R f value is the same as the standard K-strophanthin-β acetylate Rf value. Therefore, it is preliminarily considered that the cardiac component C may be K-strophanthin-β, and the cardiac component D is obtained in the form of acetylate, and its melting point is 167-169.5°C, which needs further study.
