5月中旬农业部将在全国开展农业转基因生物安全的督查。农业部要求各省(区、市)农业行政主管部门在4月30日前将自查报告报给农业部农业转基因生物安全管理办公室;对违反《条例》及三个配套规章有关规定的,各地要依法给予处罚。农业部还将根据自查和督查的情况,对违法情节较重的事件,公开在媒体上曝光。
