随着科学技术的日益发展,设备状态监测与故障诊断技术在国民经济建设中的地位显得越来越重要。应用好这项技术,可以减少大量不必要的维修费用,增加设备连续运转的时间,对提高企业的经济效益和健全企业现代化科学管理水平都具有积极的意义。设备状态监测和故障诊断的检测手段很多。但振动较之其他因素诸如温度、油压,摩损等反映机器工作状态正常与否的程度出现要早得多。所以振动测量已成为设备故障诊断和状态监测的最可信赖的手段之一。
With the development of science and technology, the status of equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis in the construction of national economy is becoming more and more important.
