近年来,农村成为了国家的重点建设对象。随着新农村建设的提出,政府已经意识到,农村的发展与能否建成更加和谐、更加稳定、更加安全的社会息息相关。新农村的建设无疑会加速农村的城市化推进。继而必将导致农村生产结构和当地农民生活习惯的改变。农村改革与发展的同时,农民对物质文化生活的需求势必在先前的基础上有所提高,对当地住宅的要求也必将有所变化。因此,此论文在建设社会主义新农村这一发展战略的指导下,以湖北省芳世湾村为例对鄂东南地区的农舍设计进行探究。 In recent years, the rural areas have become the country’s key construction targets. With the proposal of building a new countryside, the government has realized that the development of the rural areas is closely linked to the ability to build a more harmonious, more stable and safer society. The construction of a new countryside will undoubtedly accelerate urbanization in rural areas. Which will inevitably lead to changes in rural production structure and local peasants’ living habits. At the same time of rural reform and development, the demand of peasants for material and cultural life will surely have been raised on the basis of the previous ones, and the demands on local dwellings will also change. Therefore, under the guidance of this development strategy of building a new socialist countryside, this paper takes Fangshiwan Village in Hubei Province as an example to study the design of farmhouses in southeastern Hubei Province.
