全国农村推行“撤点并校”已经1 0余年,简阳市6月上旬突然高调宣布今年将在全市范围内恢复部分村小,立即引起外界关注。本刊特派记者前往当地,走乡进村,深入调查了村小恢复的实际情况。稿件编发过程中,四川省201 2年度审计工作报告出炉,其中有关农村中小学布局调整的审计调查情况占据不少篇幅。从审计结果来看,部分地方对中小学布局的调整,没有充分考虑渐进性、长期性和复杂性,甚至采取“一刀切”的做法撤并农村中小学和教学点,造成“撒点并校”脱离实际,不少农村学生就学困难。据悉,针对审计发现的问题,各地正在积极整改,当可视为公共政策的一种自我调适和纠偏。
