中共中央下发的《关于推进学习型党组织建设的意见》,是新时期加强和改进党的建设、提高全党学习能力和实践能力的重大举措。因此,人武部必须把建设学习型党委作为思想政治建设的一条主线,作为党委领导工作的有效载体抓实抓好。
The “Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Learning Party Organizations” issued by the CPC Central Committee is a major measure for strengthening and improving party building in the new era and improving the learning and practical capabilities of the entire party. Therefore, the People’s Armed Forces Department must take the construction of a learning party as a main line of ideological and political construction and do a good job as an effective carrier for the leadership of the party committees.
