作者报导1例经血浆地高辛浓度测定证实的地高辛中毒患者引起癫癎样发作和EEG异常.患者女性,64岁,患心绞痛、房颤、风湿性心办膜病及典型的地高辛中毒(心动过缓、黄视、恶心及呕吐).入院前一周首次出现“奇特的旋转”(funny turns)发作.入院时意识混浊、定向力障碍,咂唇作响及四肢粗震颤.最初癫癎样发作每天5次,每次3-5分钟,测血浆地高辛浓度为5μg/L,证实为地高辛中毒.故地高辛减量为每日0.1875mg,需时再舌下含服硝酸甘油片.一周后血浆地高辛浓度降到3.4μg/L,但仍有癫癎样发作,EEG呈棘慢波活动和普遍性慢波.后因心绞痛时误将地高辛当作硝酸甘油舌下含服,血浆地高辛浓度又升到5.8μg/L,癫癎样发作增多,此时EEG为2-2.5周/秒棘
