2003年建设部要求房产测绘单位或部门从房产行政主管部门分离,成为具有独立法人资格的专业服务机构。多年来,市场化下的房产测绘行业发展问题值得关注。
In 2003, the Ministry of Construction required that the unit or department of real estate surveying and mapping should be separated from the competent department of real estate administration and become a professional service institution qualified as an independent legal person. Over the years, under the market-oriented real estate mapping industry development issues deserve attention.
