前言柑桔采收期是影响耐贮性的主要因素之一。采收是以果实的成熟度为依据的,成熟度则随品种、地区、栽培环境、气候、土壤、施肥管理等条件而异,采收的成熟度标准也就不尽相同。美国甜橙以固酸比达8:1为采收标准:菲律宾椪柑以50%转色,固酸比达10∶1,果汁率30%为采收标准。我国尚未见有明文规定的采收标准。生产上一般根据果色来决定贮藏的采收期,但果色的转变常受气候因子的影响,特别是气温。若以果色做为贮藏采收期的唯一标准是不科学的,应把果色与果实呼吸强度、固酸比等生理指数结合考虑,才能准确地决定采收期。本试验目的在于探讨三明市温州蜜柑贮藏成熟度的指数,为柑桔贮藏保鲜工作服务。本试验是在市科委及市果品食杂公司的大力支持及配合下进行的。
Preface Citrus harvest is one of the main factors affecting the storage stability. Harvest is based on the maturity of the fruit, while the maturity varies according to breed, region, cultivation environment, climate, soil, fertilization management and other conditions, and the maturity standards of harvesting are different. American orange with solid ratio of 8: 1 for the harvest criteria: the Philippines Citrus to 50% color, solid-acid ratio of 10: 1, 30% of the juice rate for the harvest standards. China has not yet seen the expressly provided recovery standards. The production generally decides the harvesting period of storage according to the color of fruit, but the change of fruit color is often affected by climatic factors, especially the temperature. If the fruit as the only criterion for the storage and harvesting period is unscientific, fruit color and fruit should be taken into account the physiological index, such as respiratory intensity, acid-base ratio, in order to accurately determine the harvest time. The purpose of this experiment is to explore the maturity index of Wenzhou Satsuma store in Sanming city and serve the work of citrus storage and preservation. This experiment is carried out under the strong support and coordination of the Municipal Science and Technology Commission and the city fruit and fruit miscellaneous company.
