坚持问题导向,是新的时代条件下开创党校事业发展新局面的必然要求。市级党校是全国党校系统中重要组成部分,教学管理水平影响着当地基层党员干部对党校姓党的灵魂把握,对党的事业的认可和拥护,对当地经济社会的发展。市级党校教学管理要坚持问题的分类导向,做到抓住关键;坚持问题的联系导向,做到统筹兼顾;坚持问题的实践导向,做到补齐短板。
Adherence to problem orientation is an inevitable requirement for the party school to create a new situation in the new times. The municipal party school is an important part of the national party school system. The teaching management level affects the local grass-roots party members and cadres to grasp the party’s surname party’s soul, recognition and support of the party’s cause, and the development of local economy and society. The municipal party school teaching management should insist on the classified guidance of the problems so as to seize the key points; insist on the guiding principle of the problems so as to make overall plans and take all factors into consideration; and insist on the practical guidance of the problems so as to make up the short board.
