电子政务信息服务是一种特殊的公共物品,其经济特性表现为非排他性、排他性、不完全竞争性、外部性和边际成本低廉。电子政务信息服务也属于一种特殊的经济行为,分析其成本—收益、效率内涵及效率的实现条件等,可进一步研究改善电子政务信息服务效率的措施。
E-government information service is a kind of special public goods whose economic characteristics are non-exclusive, exclusive, imperfectly competitive and low in externalities and marginal costs. E-government information service is also a special kind of economic activity. It can further study the measures to improve the efficiency of E-government information service by analyzing its cost-benefit, efficiency connotation and efficiency realization conditions.
