目的:探讨胸部撞伤的X线征象及动态观察。材料与方法:对50例胸部撞伤后患者的不同的X线征象及病变吸收痊愈过程进行了分析。结果:胸部撞伤肺内主要征象有1、肺纹理增多、模糊夹杂斑片影2、斑片及大片状密度增高影3、云雾状增高影4、肺不张。肺外主要征象有①胸腔积液及气胸②纵隔血肿、气肿及皮下枳气③骨骼损伤。结论:肺内损伤吸收时间为6—22天与胸膜损伤吸收时间基本相同。肺不张膨张时间为7—10天。
Objective: To investigate the chest X-ray findings and dynamic observation. MATERIALS AND METHODS: The different X-ray signs and pathological changes of 50 patients after chest injury were analyzed. Results: The main signs of chest injury in the lungs 1, increased lung markings, fuzzy inclusions patch 2, patches and large patches of increased density shadow 3, cloudy shadow 4, atelectasis. The main symptoms of extrahepatic ① pleural effusion and pneumothorax ② mediastinal hematoma, emphysema and subcutaneous tripetide ③ skeletal injury. CONCLUSION: The lung injury absorption time is 6-22 days and the absorption time of pleural injury is basically the same. Atelectasis time of 7-10 days.
