早些时候,中国工程院院士、清华大学教授杜庆华曾就清华大学的世界一流学府建设提出中肯意见。科学时报据此于今年元旦刊发了《锻造世界一流学府》一文,引起海内外诸多关注我国大学建设的人士的共鸣,许多学者纷纷来信参与探讨。 “要倡导深入的学术评价和评比,防止任何形式的炒作,只有这样才可能逐步形成世界一流的学术文化新局面。”杜庆华对我国科技界缺少认真的争论和学术评议深表焦虑。
