本文报道新生小牛血清制备的经验.血清是用北京郊区奶牛场的未饮初乳的雄性新生小牛血液制备的.采血时间以生后7h内为好.新生牛每公斤体重平均放血 42.1±0.3ml,平均分离血清24.1±0.8ml.冷冻离心法与室温下血块自凝沉淀法相比,不仅速度快,而且产量多.用离心法-Ⅲ所得的血清量可增产23%.
This article reports the experience of the preparation of newborn calf serum.The serum was prepared from the male neonatal calf blood which was not colostrum in the dairy farm in Beijing.The blood sampling time was better within 7 hours after birth.The newborn cow averaged 42.1 ± 0.3ml, the average separation of serum 24.1 ± 0.8ml.
