学生学业不良有很多因素,但教师不正确的课堂教学行为和课后辅导行为是主要原因。作者分析了这些现象,并且在优化教师行为方面做了尝试,收到了较好的效果。
There are many factors in students’ academic disability, but teachers’ incorrect classroom teaching behavior and after-school counseling behavior are the main reasons. The author analyzes these phenomena and tries to optimize the behavior of teachers, and has received good results.
