目的探讨儿童不同来源的特发性室性早搏动态心电图特点与年龄的相关性。方法回顾性分析特发性室性早搏患儿90例的临床资料,按来源部位随机分为左室型组及右室型组,每组患儿为45例。使用Century times MIC-12H Holter system记录,Lown分级Ⅱ级室性早搏总数5000~10 000/24 h,对其HRV时域分析指标PNN50、rMSSD、SDSD、SDNN、SDANN及年龄、平均心率、室性早搏总数、室性早搏QRS时限对比研究。结果左室型组较右室型组HRV时域分析指标PNN50、rMSSD、SDSD、SDNN、SDANN降低,年龄减小、室性早搏QRS时限缩窄及平均心率增快,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),HRV时域分析指标、QRS时限、来源部位与年龄呈正相关。室性早搏总数两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论特发性室性早搏患儿自主神经平衡调节受损,室性早搏来源部位与年龄有相关性。
Objective To explore the correlation between age and characteristics of idiopathic premature ventricular premature beats of different origins in children. Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with idiopathic ventricular premature beats were retrospectively analyzed. According to the source sites, they were randomly divided into left ventricular group and right ventricular group, with 45 cases in each group. Using Century Times MIC-12H Holter system, the total number of Class Ⅱ premature ventricular contractions in Lown was 5000 ~ 10 000/24 h, and their HRV time-domain analysis indicators PNN50, rMSSD, SDSD, SDNN, SDANN and age, mean heart rate, The total number of premature beats, premature ventricular contractions QRS duration study. Results Compared with the right ventricle group, the left ventricular hypertrophy group had significantly lower HRV time index of PNN50, rMSSD, SDSD, SDNN, SDANN, age, QRS duration and heart rate (P < P <0.01), HRV time-domain analysis of indicators, QRS duration, the source site and age were positively correlated. The total number of premature ventricular contractions between the two groups showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusions Children with idiopathic ventricular premature beats autonomic nervous balance impaired, and the source of ventricular premature beats is related to age.
