采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、图像分析仪及温度记录仪分析、测试、研究了不同稀土加入量对4137H合金钢纯净度、过冷度、组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:稀土夹杂物以Ca,Al高熔点氧化物为核心聚集长大。加入适量稀土后,4137H合金钢内夹杂物减少,纯净度提高,过冷度增加,组织得到细化。当稀土加入量为1%时,过冷度增加26 K,常温抗拉强度和硬度分别提高了14%和32%。
The effects of different rare earth additions on the purity, supercooling degree, microstructure and mechanical properties of 4137H alloy steel were analyzed and studied by metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope, image analyzer and temperature recorder. The results show that the rare earth inclusions are mainly Ca, Al refractory oxides as the core aggregation and growth. Adding appropriate amount of rare earth, 4137H alloy steel inclusions decreased purity increased, undercooling increased tissue refinement. When the amount of RE added is 1%, the undercooling increases by 26 K, and the tensile strength and hardness increase by 14% and 32% respectively at room temperature.
