小麦生长后期从江苏省各地采集小麦叶斑病病叶标本420份,分离到580个菌株,其中麦根腐平脐蠕孢(Bipolaris sorokinlana(Sacc)Shoem〕、链格孢〔Ahernaria alternala(Fr)Keissler〕、黑附球菌〔Epicoccum nigrum Link〕依次各占43%、46%及10%,偶尔分离到大麦网斑内脐蠕孢〔Drechsiera teresSacc.〕Shoem〕和双色平脐蠕孢〔B.bicolor(Mitra)Shoem〕,二者合计仅占1%。从小麦的黑胚、黑尾种子分离到229个菌株,其中链格孢、麦根腐平脐蠕孢、黑附球菌、双色平脐蠕孢、大麦网斑内脐蠕孢、长孢平脐蠕孢〔B.urochloae(Putterill)Shoem〕及狗牙根平脐蠕孢〔B.cynodonlis(Marig)Shocm〕依次各占54.1%、33.2%、4.4%、3.5%、1.3%、1.3%及0.9%,嘴突凸脐蠕孢〔Exserohilumrostratum(Drechsl.)Shoem〕不等弯孢〔Curvularia inaequalis(Shear)Boedijin〕和画眉弯孢〔C.eragrotidis(P.Henn.)J.A.Meyer〕各占0.4%.双色平脐蠕孢和长孢平脐蠕孢在国内首次从小麦上分离获得.
In the later period of wheat growth, 420 leaf samples of wheat leaf spot were collected from 580 counties in Jiangsu Province, among which Bipolaris sorokinlana (Sacc) Shoem and Ahernaria alternala (Fr) Keissler], and Epicoccum nigrum Link [43%, 46% and 10%, respectively], occasionally isolates of Drechsiera teres Sacz. Shoem and B. bicolor (Mitra Shoem〕, both together accounted for only 1% .There were 229 strains isolated from black embryos and black-tailed seeds of wheat, including Alternaria alternata, Spores, umbilical umbilicus spores of Barley, B.urochloae (Putterill) Shoem and B.cynodonis (Marig) Shocm accounted for 54.1%, 33.2% 4.4%, 3.5%, 1.3%, 1.3% and 0.9% respectively. Exserohilum rostratum (Drechsl.) Shoem, Curvularia inaequalis (Shear) Boedijin and C. eragrotidis P.Henn.) JAMeyer respectively accounted for 0.4% .It was the first time in China that wheat bifidobacterium was separated from wheat obtain.
