沂水县从健全制度和完善机制入手,狠抓下岗职工规范化管理,截至目前,全县下岗职工由原来的595人减少到226人,再就业率达62%。在中心的下岗职工基本生活费发放率达100%,各项社会保障费缴纳率达100%。按照“三三制”的要求,县委、县政府规范了下岗职工各项保障制度。一是在资金筹集上,实行分工负责。由劳动保障部门负责失业保险金提取部分;财政部门负责国家机关和全额拨款事业单位
