淄博普利·艾伦山庄为住房和城乡建设部第三批可再生能源建筑应用示范项目之一,该项目运用墙体保温技术、节能门窗、地源热泵技术、太阳能热水技术及室内温控技术等多项技术,河南省建筑科学研究院结合工程进度,分期对该项目进行了形式检查、性能检测及能效评估,得出该项目D区3#楼建筑理论值测评可到3星。
