目的 :探讨白细胞介素 15对嗜中性粒细胞非特异性免疫功能的影响。方法 :以不同浓度IL - 15预处理人外周血嗜中性粒细胞 ,然后检测其各噬能力、杀菌活性的变化 ,同时检测其受LPS刺激的产生活性氧、合成分泌NO及IL - 8的情况。结果 :IL - 15可明显提高PMN的吞噬、杀菌活性 ,并调高PMN受LPS刺激后NO和IL - 8的产量 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;但活性氧的产量无明显影响 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :IL - 15可增强PMN的非特异性免疫功能 ,是一种重要的天然免疫作用分子。
Objective: To investigate the effect of interleukin-15 on neutrophil non-specific immune function. Methods: Peripheral blood neutrophils were pretreated with different concentrations of IL - 15, and then tested for their ability to phagocytosis and bactericidal activity. At the same time, the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) stimulated by LPS and the secretion of NO and IL - 8 Happening. Results: The phagocytosis and bactericidal activity of PMN were significantly increased and the production of NO and IL - 8 in PMN stimulated by LPS was increased (P <0 05). However, the production of reactive oxygen species had no significant effect (P> 0 .0 5). Conclusion: IL - 15 can enhance the nonspecific immune function of PMN and is an important innate immunity molecule.
