目的对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰腿疼痛出现的原因和对其护理方面的体会进行分析探讨。方法将本院在2015-2016年收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者共计40例作为研究资料,将患者出现疼痛的原因进行分析,对患者采取的护理措施进行总结、分析。结果对患者实施随访,时间为半年,护理效果显著的患者有20例,护理效果比较好的患者有10例,护理无效的患者有10例,总护理有效率为75%。结论通过本文的分析探讨,腰椎间盘突出症的患者有些出现腰腿疼的原因主要是精神上担忧导致的,对腰椎间盘突出患者实施系统的护理措施,主要包括心理护理等等,护理效果是显著的,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To analyze the causes of lumbar and leg pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation and its nursing experience. Methods A total of 40 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted from 2015 to 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research materials to analyze the causes of the patients’ pain and the nursing measures taken by the patients were summarized and analyzed. Results The patients were followed up for six months with 20 cases of significant nursing effect, 10 cases of better nursing effect, 10 cases of nursing ineffectiveness and 75% of total nursing care efficiency. Conclusion Through the analysis of this article, some patients with lumbar disc herniation appear mainly because of mental and psychological problems caused by lumbar disc herniation, the implementation of systematic care of patients with lumbar disc herniation, including psychological care and so on, the nursing effect is significant , It is worth to promote the clinical application.
