目的]检测正常人194只眼的视网膜电图.[方法]用计算机自动测出视网膜电图a波和b波的振幅和峰潜时.[结果]只有视网膜电图b波振幅随年龄增长而逐渐下降,各年龄组间有非常显著性差异.a波振幅极不稳定,其95%正常范围(±tdfSD:1944μV)远超过其平均值(866μV),变异很大(1134%),不宜作为临床参考指标.b波的振幅相对稳定,其95%正常范围(±tdfSD:1389μV)较其平均值(2992μV)小得多,变异也小,仅为235%.[结论]b波可作为临床主要观察指标
Purpose] To detect the electroretinography of 194 eyes of normal subjects. [Method] The amplitude and peak latency of a-wave and b-wave of electroretinogram were measured automatically by computer. [Results] Only the amplitude of ERG decreased gradually with age, and there was a significant difference among all age groups. The amplitude of a-wave is very unstable. Its 95% normal range (± tdfSD: 1944μV) far exceeds its average value (866μV) and varies greatly (1134%), which is not suitable as a clinical reference index. The amplitude of b wave is relatively stable, and its 95% normal range (± tdfSD: 1389μV) is much smaller than its average value (2992μV) with only a small variation of 235%. [Conclusion] b wave can be used as the main clinical observation index
