新经济是以互联网、移动通讯增值服务为核心的新兴业态。我们对于新经济的认识一直处于比较肤浅的阶段。影响中国新经济发展的因素主要有二:一是新经济、互联网的应用者主要是年轻人,但主要决策层较多在40岁以上,相对其它行业来说,对互联网的应用可能缺乏足够的了解和认识,或多或少影响到政策制订的及时性、有效性、针对性。二是国内资本市场与新经济的发展需求相比,还存在观念和制度上的障碍。
The new economy is based on the Internet, mobile value-added services as the core emerging industry format. Our understanding of the new economy has always been at a relatively superficial stage.
