本文提出磺甲基酚醛树脂(下称SMP)对泥浆的降失水作用,主要在于对泥饼质量的改善。测定了泥饼的渗透率K作为衡量泥饼质量的重要标志,研究了吸附量随温度、介质矿化度和PH值的变化以及吸附量与对应条件下泥浆失水造壁性的关系。着重研究了SMP与磺甲基褐煤(下称SMC)复配前后介质中NaCl含量对吸附量、泥浆中粘土的粒度分布、泥饼渗透性和失水的影响,发现它们之间存在着互相制约的关系。SMP抗高温抗盐的作用机理,一方面在于它本身具有较强的热稳定性和水化能力,另一方面在于它通过与SMC复配或与Cr~(3+)等高价阳离子的络合作用,使之在高温和高矿化度条件下仍能有效地吸附在粘土表面,继续起着稳定的护胶作用。
In this paper, sulfonated phenolic resin (hereinafter referred to as SMP) on the loss of water slurry, mainly in improving the quality of mud cake.
