自治区地质矿产局认真落实自治区党委和自治区人民政府《关于在我区开展地方志编纂工作的决定》,在1983年9月份成立了《地质矿产志》编纂领导小组之后,即着手制订《地质矿产志》编写提纲,确定了承担单位。12月8日,以自治区地质矿产局(新地字397号)文件下达所属单位,要求除各主要承担单位完成各自的编写任务外,其它各队(所、室)也要主动配合,积极提供资料。这个文件还要求各单位积极配合各地州市县的修志工作,完成地、州、市、县委下达的任务。现将《新疆通志·地质矿产志》编写提纲刊登于后,供参考。
