苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平是一类重要的抗高血压药物,能通过降低血压,改善血管内皮功能、调节血压昼夜节律,从而减少心、脑、肾等重要脏器损害,以降低心脑血管事件的发生率.苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平能同时作用L型和T型钙通道,舒张肾出球小动脉,有效地治疗老年性高血压(特别是肾性高血压),起保护肾脏作用,并且具有作用时间长、谷峰比值高、副作用小等特点,是我国拥有独立知识产权的抗高血压药物,现已广泛地应用于临床.
