1月24日上午,广州市职工心声热线电话接到豪雅(广州)光学有限公司职工叶先生来电,反映因福利待遇问题,单位近百名职工准备罢工,希望市总工会出面为职工说话。市总工会工作人员与该公司职工多次电话沟通以稳定职工情绪,讲解政策法规,密切关注事件发展。同时,市总工会致电萝岗区总工会,区总工会联系劳动部门及政府有关职能部门一同前往现场处理,代表职工与企业沟通化解矛盾。经过市、区多个部门的共同努力,劳资双方的矛盾纠纷得到解决,使此次罢工事件化解于萌芽
