从板块排行榜上看,滨江的成交量名列前茅,而在销售比例中,商业地产仍是主角。君尚金座、中奥·江景国际等项目成交量均有上升。从板块整体看,目前仍然是星汇荣邸、钱江·彩虹豪庭、江南铭庭等老盘在售,暂无新项目亮相。但从后续体量来看,2011年是滨江的“井喷”时期。据不完全统计,今年板块至少有5个新盘面市,分别是德圣·银杏汇、天阳·半岛国际、星汇阳光和滨江75、76号地块。其中,滨江75号地块将被建成一个多功能的城市综合体。短期供应方面,汉峰·峰公馆二期IMAX版LOFT和天际平层已开始接受预定,推盘时间预计在3月底或4月初。
