各有关单位和人员:国家知识产权局《审查指南》(2006年版)于7月1日实施。新的《审查指南》是在原来的2001年版的基础上全面修订而成的。本次修订的内容占了很大的比例,增加了许多新的内容,适应了高科技领域技术迅速发展以及专利申请量猛增的需要,对我国20多年的专利审查实践经验进行了新的概括和提炼。为便于业内人士准确理解和把握新审查指南的有关规定,提高专业知识水平,中国发明与专利杂志社定于2006年9月9～10日在北京举办新审查指南研修班,由修订审查指南的执笔人授课。有关事项如下。
