我们厂是1975年6月由3名待业青年、5名家庭妇女自愿组合,自带部分劳动工具,临时借用两间民房干起来的。由于职工文化素质低,产品质量低劣,1978年工厂濒于倒闭。面对这严峻的现实,我们决心走科技致富的道路。西安市电源学会成立了,学会是由几十个大专院校、研究单位,一百多名教授、工程技术人员组成的。他们技术力量雄厚,科技信息灵通,却苦于没有办公用地。就这时候,我们找上门去,几番求援协商,终于,一个有益于社会、有益于国家,两单位之间又互利互惠的科研生产联合体诞生了。学会
Our factory was a voluntary combination of three unemployed youth and five family women in June 1975. It brought in some labor tools and temporarily used two houses to dry up.
