为了使缩分器的缩分精度在设计阶段有量化的把控,引入了离散单元法进行仿真。仿真了缩分器工作过程中缩分器与煤粒相互作用及煤粒的运动轨迹。同时,通过对煤粒的颜色标定及对缩分后相关颜色煤粒的计数,对缩分器的缩分效果进行定量研究。从而建立起一种可以判断缩分器设计模型缩分效果的仿真方法。
In order to quantify the shrinking accuracy of the divider in the design stage, the discrete element method is introduced to simulate. The interaction between the divider and the coal particles and the trajectory of the coal particles are simulated during the work of the divider. At the same time, the quantitative research on the shrinking effect of the defoamer is carried out through the color calibration of the coal particles and the counting of the relevant color coal particles after the fractionation. So as to establish a simulation method that can judge the effect of the shrinking of the divider design model.
