为了提高专家审稿的质量与编辑对稿件学术质量判别的准确率,研究了专家审稿的逻辑思维过程,分析了同行编辑对稿件评审信息失真的看法,结果表明引起审稿信息失真的主要原因为学术思想的互异性、审稿的近亲性与作者信息的隐蔽性,认为建立健全的审稿专家信息与作者信息数据库,加强稿件的初审力度,实行并行的审稿机制,建立良好的交流环境是获得可靠的审稿信息的有效途径。实践证明该措施是可行的。
