1871年,巴黎无产阶级和广大人民群众以非凡的革命首创精神和“冲天”的革命积极性创立了人类历史上第一个无产阶级政权——巴黎公社。这是无产阶级推翻资产阶级、建立无产阶级专政的尝试,是实现无产阶级民主的创举。巴黎公社虽然只存在了七十二天,但它所提供的历史经验是极其宝贵的。公社在建立无产阶级专政、实现无产阶级民主方面采取的措施及其体现的革命原则,对于取得政权的无产阶级国家发扬社会主义民主、加强政权建设有着重大的指导意义。
In 1871, the Paris proletariat and the broad masses of the people founded the Paris Commune, the first proletarian government in human history, with extraordinary revolutionary pioneering spirit and “overcrowded” revolutionary enthusiasm. This is an attempt by the proletariat to overthrow the bourgeoisie and establish a dictatorship of the proletariat and is the first attempt to realize proletarian democracy. Although the Paris Commune has only existed for 72 days, the historical experience it provides is extremely valuable. The measures taken by the commune in establishing the dictatorship of the proletariat and the realization of proletarian democracy and the revolutionary principles it reflects are of great guiding significance for the proletariat countries that have taken power to carry forward the socialist democracy and strengthen the building of the political power.
