党的十八大以来,习近平总书记多次强调要建设“文化强国”。作为国民经济的重要支柱,国有企业的文化建设,是社会主义文化建设的重要承载主体。上海机场股份公司的企业文化建设工作,从遵循国有企业文化建设的一般性规律入手,重点结合功能类企业和民航窗口单位的特殊性进行深耕细作和有益探索,积极发挥企业文化内生动力、外塑形象以及凝结区域利益共同体方面的重要作用,促进了机场内部管理能力的提升和社区文明氛围的营造。
