幼儿园的教研组是教师实施园务计划、落实教养工作、开展教育教学研究的重要阵地。它对培养青年教师,提高教师的思想素质、保教业务水平起着极为重要的作用。幼儿园是否重视加强教研组建设,提高教研质量,关系到幼儿园能否建立起一支思想素质好、业务过得硬的师资队伍。所以,幼教改革要深入,要出成果,搞好教研组建设是个实实在在的环节。那么,怎样加强教研组建设、发挥教研组作用呢?今年三月,上海市幼儿园优秀教研组的经验交流、实践展示活动,给我们带来了新的信息、新的启示。
