利用CleverChem200型全自动间断分析仪,采用甲基橙光度比色法快速测定锅炉用水和冷却水中的碱度。考察了方法的测量条件,结果表明,当200.0 mg/L碱度标准溶液取样量为300μL、试剂R1为100μL、反应时间为5 min、测量波长为550 nm时,得到标准曲线的相关系数为0.999。在碱度为50~160.0 mg/L范围内,最大相对标准偏差为1.2%,最大相对误差为2.0%,回收率在93%~107%之间。方法的检出限为10.61 mg/L。同时与酸碱滴定法相比较,本方法检测速度快,1 h内能分析96个样品,样品和试剂的用量少,有效降低了分析成本和实验室的二次污染,特别适合于多样品、多项目的分析。
