实验用健康家兔,体重2.0～ 2.5kg,性别不拘,随机分为:造型组(9只)、预防组(8只)、治疗组(11只)三组。标准饲料,分笼饲养,每日每只兔加喂胆固醇0.8g,一共2个月,预防组于造型开始时,每日每只兔给自然风干后研末的水蛭粉1g,治疗组于造型结束后投水蛭粉6周,方法同预防组。造型组除胆固醇外,不予其他药物,于2个月造型结束后继续服用6周,以与治疗组作对照。实验前、造型2个月时及治疗6周后于股外静脉取血
Experiments were conducted with healthy rabbits, weighing 2.0-2.5 kg, and gender was randomized.
