翻译教学改革首先需要解决的是翻译观的问题。传统的翻译教学存在种种弊端,翻译教学亟需观念上的转变。功能主义学派研究的重点是文本功能、翻译行为及其目的、翻译策略。把功能主义翻译理论应用到英语翻译教学中,有利于帮助学生在翻译过程中更好地理解篇章内容,较快地培养翻译能力。作者根据功能翻译理论提出了可遵循的翻译教学方法和策略,以期指导实际翻译教学。
Translation teaching reform must first solve the problem of translation. There are many drawbacks in the traditional teaching of translation, and the teaching of translation needs urgent conceptual changes. The study of functionalist school focuses on the function of texts, the translation behavior and its purpose, and the translation strategy. The application of functionalist translation theory to English translation teaching will help students to better understand the content of the text in the process of translation and to cultivate the ability to translate faster. According to the theory of functional translation, the author proposes translation teaching methods and strategies that can be followed in order to guide practical translation teaching.
