通过眼球全周巩膜板层切除并眼外肌全断离动物实验、临床观察和组织学检查说明:切断睫状前动脉以及巩膜表层血管对眼前节组织并无明显影响。眼压无明显改变。创面愈合良好。手术近期并发症是可以避免的。眼球巩膜全周板层切除及眼外肌全断离类术式是可行的。
Through the whole eye of the scleral layer resection and extraocular muscle completely isolated animal experiments, clinical observation and histological examination showed that: cut off the anterior ciliary artery and scleral surface vessels on the anterior segment of the organization had no significant effect. No significant change in intraocular pressure. Wound healing is good. Recent complications of surgery can be avoided. Eye sclera all-around laminectomy and extraocular muscle completely off-type surgery is feasible.
