采用深入访谈的方法对来自“草根”志愿服务机构的15名志愿者的心理契约进行考察发现,志愿者对服务机构主要存在8个方面的契约要求:提供有意义的社会服务内容的责任,创造相关工作条件的责任,实施公平的、规范化管理的责任,提供工作指导的责任,对志愿者表达尊重、认可的责任,主动联络志愿者、推进双方关系的责任,提供群体活动机会、促进志愿者群体整合的责任,以及提供学习成长机会的责任。志愿机构对上述契约的履行情况直接影响志愿者对机构的情感、行为投入和留职的意愿。
